What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and address; your vehicle details, including the VIN and photos; and sale details such as the price and date of sale. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we don't receive or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
To prepare your appraisal and the BC appraisal form, to contact you about your order, and to keep business records as the law requires.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business (payments, email and hosting). We don't sell your information. You choose whether to give your appraisal to ICBC or the BC government.
How long we keep it
We keep appraisal records for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes, then delete them.

You can ask to see or correct your information, or ask questions, by emailing Support@PSTAppraisal.ca, calling 604.635.3867, or writing to PMB 56117, 915 E Cordova St, Vancouver, BC V6A 4B8.
