How it works
From your driveway to a signed FIN 320, without an appointment
You send us the details and photos. A qualified appraiser reviews them and decides what your vehicle is fairly worth. You get a completed BC appraisal form by email.
Fill in the online form
It takes about 10 minutes. You'll need:
- The 17-character VIN (on the registration, the dashboard by the windshield, or the driver's door frame)
- The odometer reading
- The purchase price and date of sale, from the Transfer/Tax form (APV9T)
- The Black Book value on your ICBC estimate, if you have it
- A description of any problems, and repair quotes if you have them
Upload photos and documents
Each type has its own upload box on the form. Take photos in daylight.
Required
If they apply
Photos of damage and repair quotes help support a lower value. Documents can be photos or PDFs.
Pay the flat fee
$70 plus GST (+ $3.50 GST (5%) = $73.50 total) by credit or debit card through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We appraise the vehicle
An appraiser reviews your photos and information and works out a fair market value based on the vehicle's condition, kilometres and the market. If something's unclear, we'll email you for more photos.
